Nick offers a dedicated and meticulous approach to his many and varied projects. He has a strong understanding of Victorian Planning Legislation, drawing on his past experience as a planner within local government. Nick approaches every project with a view that there are always feasible solutions, based on sound analysis and creative thinking.

Nick's experience covers a range of planning and development projects including residential developments, various commercial, mixed-use and industrial complexes, heritage conservation projects and land subdivision applications.

Nick is an excellent communicator, able to present submissions as an advocate with ease and confidence at VCAT and Planning Panels Victoria.

He is a dynamic and valued member of the hansen planning team.
