Bron is an urban designer and landscape architect with over 10 years experience in Australia and overseas. Bron has a strong commitment to urban design and its role in making safer and stronger communities. She has built comprehensive urban design skills through a wide range of projects that have included research, strategic design studies, urban design frameworks, detailed public space design, urban design advice, and consultation and VCAT expert witness appearances. Bron has a wide range of project experience on projects such as the City of Melbourne Advertising Signs Review, Melbourne CBD lanes built form review (stage 1), West Melbourne Structure Plan, Pentridge C2 planning and design review, Moonee Ponds Structure Plan, Knox Strategic Sites Study, Bayswater Structure Plan (AILA award). Prior to this Bron worked in Cape York on establishing a built environment programme, linking health to settlement design. Bron has managed several strategic projects and her easy communication style has been an asset in consultations, client and team communication. Her commitment to urban design is extended to voluntary work where she is an active member of the Women's Planning Network Committee co-ordinating the research component on affordable housing, which she presented in London last year.
