As a sub consultant to GHD Consulting Engineers on this major infrastructure project for the Mekong Delta Towns of Bac Lieu, Sa Dec and Ha Tien, hansen provided the urban specialist inputs. Urban development management programs for upgrading the urban environment for each of these towns were prepared as well as Infrastructure Investment Coordination Programs and toolkit. hansen was also responsible for the preparation of a rehabilitation plan for Bac Lieu and co-ordinated and facilitated assistance to provincial and town authorities in resettlement and compensation matters.
